Before Zest, he held the position of Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Cramer Asset Management (now Pegaso Capital Partners). From 2010 to 2012, he was Proprietary Trader in Banca Monte dei Paschi in Milan; while from 2006 to 2010 Pasquale worked as Fund Manager in Aletti-Gestielle Sgr, with responsibility for various products. He started his career in 2002 in Bcc Risparmio & Previdenza Sgr as Portfolio Manager, after graduating with honors in Economics and Commerce from Bocconi University in Milan.
